She works miracles on all of my pants, even when I have specific requests (huge sizing differences, men's baggy/boxy fits, etc). I trust her completely!Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great customer service & quality work! She was so sweet and willing to work with my schedule. Reasonable pricing as well. Highly recommend!Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Zanobia Sewing Alterations is the best place in Durham to get your dry-cleaning done and have your clothes tailored. They are fast, do a fantastic job at both and are always very warm and friendly. They also sell really pretty cloth napkins and table cloths that I have bought for myself and given as gifts. We have been using them for years and will not go anywhere else! Highly recommend.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Outstanding experience here. Came in with a cashmere sweater that had some holes in it and their team mended the holes to the point that you couldn't even tell there was an issue! The service was also super quick and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend for any mending needs you might have!Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Where do I start? When I first came to Zanobia's I had an overly sized wedding dress, no vision, and a crunch for time. Her schedule was jammed packed and I am thankful that she made room for me. Initially I was going to get married in matching sweatsuits (Tom Boy at heart) so, I would continuously ask her what she thought. Her reply was always , " What do you want?" (non-verbatim). Not only was she caring , she was also intentional with her craft. If only you all could see what the dress looked like before. Zanobia's final product was amazing and fit the look I did not even know I was going for. My favorite detail in the design allowed me to transition from a fuller dress to an extended train. The proof of her amazing work is in the photos. Thank you again.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Farheen is a fantastic seamstress and gives quality customer service! She greets everyone with a warm smile and kind hello. She does her best to answer questions and fix/alter all customer requests. Sheโs always honest about her work and what is able to be done. I trust her with all my clothing needs! Sheโs also a great clothing designer and I gladly wear her beautiful creations all year long, so donโt forget to shop!Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Called to ask a question the lady who answered was super rude and hung up in my face. I wouldnโt even consider bringing my business here now.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The man working at the counter made me (a woman) wait while he helped all the men first. Even though I was there first. I walked out. Never again will go there!Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The staff went above and beyond. Everything went .Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have been taking garments and clothing to here for over 2 years. Her ability is second to none. The dry cleaning service is ran and operated very efficiently and prices are great. Lastly, the greetings, the conversation, and the overall energy when you arrive to drop off, and pick up, is unmatched.
